For more than 13 years, my work has revolved around one question: why do people do what they do?
I started in technology recruitment, eventually building my own business and spending years working alongside founders, leaders and rapidly growing companies.
But the more successful people I met, the more interested I became in what was happening underneath the job titles. The behaviours. The relationships. The pressure. The identities. The things we say we want, and the things our behaviour suggests we actually want.
That curiosity has taken me from boardrooms and startups to communities, retreats and stages around the world.
Today, my work explores what happens when we stop operating on autopilot and start questioning the patterns shaping our businesses, relationships and lives.
I don’t believe people need another person telling them how to live. I think we need better questions.
