PAY IT FORWARD

A little kindness can go a long way.

We don’t have to change the whole world to change someone’s world.

Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet extraordinary people, visit incredible places and witness both the beauty of humanity and the challenges so many people face.

One thing I’ve come to believe is that making a difference doesn’t always require grand gestures. Sometimes it’s a small donation, a conversation, a shared opportunity or simply choosing to care.

Pay It Forward is a space dedicated to the people, communities and causes I’m currently supporting.

Some are close to home. Others are thousands of miles away. All of them are opportunities to make life a little better for someone else.

There’s no pressure to give. But if something speaks to you, I’d love for you to be part of it.

Because kindness has a wonderful way of travelling further than we ever imagine.

01GLOBAL | CHRISTMAS 2026

Operation Christmas Child

Imagine being a child and receiving your very first Christmas present.

Operation Christmas Child delivers shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies and everyday essentials to children around the world.

This year, I’m hoping to help fill 30 to 40 shoeboxes, each one a little reminder that somebody, somewhere, is thinking of them.

How you can help: Pack a shoebox, contribute towards supplies or sponsor a box online for £25.

02UGANDA | FUNDRAISING GOAL $58,000

A Bus for Tree of Life School

For many of us, getting to school was something we barely thought about. For some children in Uganda, it’s a journey of up to 150 kilometres each way.

I’ve known Charles, who is behind the Tree of Life schools, for two years, and I’m supporting his mission to raise $58,000 for a school bus.

This isn’t just about transport. It’s about making education more accessible, giving children back precious time and helping them get to school more safely.

Just $100 / approximately £75 can help fund a child’s transport for an entire term.

Every contribution brings the bus a little closer.

Garden House Hospice Care

Some of the most important acts of kindness happen when people need them most.

Garden House Hospice Care provides free, compassionate care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families.

It’s a cause close to home, and one that reminds us just how much dignity, compassion and human connection matter.

By supporting the hospice, we’re helping make sure that people in our local community don’t have to face some of life’s most difficult moments alone.

04PANAMA | CHRISTMAS 2026

Christmas for the Ngäbe Community

During my time in Panama, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with the Ngäbe people, an Indigenous community whose culture and traditions are deeply rooted in the land.

This Christmas, I’d love to help bring a little extra joy to families and children within the community.

The aim is simple: to come together and provide gifts, food and practical essentials, working with local contacts to understand what would be most meaningful.

Christmas is about connection, generosity and reminding people that they matter.

How you can help: Contribute towards our Christmas gifts and community support.

Christmas for People Living on the Streets of Panama

While Christmas is a time of celebration for many, for those living on the streets it can be an especially difficult and lonely time.

This project is about bringing some kindness and human connection to people experiencing homelessness in Panama.

Whether that’s a warm meal, essential supplies, a Christmas gift or simply being treated with dignity and care, sometimes the smallest gestures carry the greatest meaning.

We can’t solve every problem overnight. But we can choose not to look the other way.

How you can help: Support the purchase and distribution of meals, care packages and practical essentials.

Resolve: Where Change Begins

Everyone deserves the opportunity to start again.

Resolve is a Hertfordshire charity supporting people affected by drug and alcohol dependency and homelessness.

Through counselling, group support and practical guidance, they help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with themselves and find a way forward.

Addiction and homelessness are often met with judgement, when what people need is understanding, support and the opportunity to make different choices.

I believe deeply in the possibility of change, and in supporting organisations that help people find their way there.

How you can help: Even £15 can help provide an hour of key-worker support, while £25 can help fund a counselling session.

Where a project links to a registered charity or an existing public fundraiser, your gift goes directly to them. For the two Panama projects, details of exactly who receives funds will be shared here before any fundraising link goes live.

A little note from me

You don’t need to have a lot to make a difference.

If you’re able to donate, wonderful. If you can share a project with someone who might be able to help, that’s wonderful too.

And if none of these causes resonate with you, perhaps there’s someone in your own community who could use a little kindness today.

Paying it forward isn’t about how much we give. It’s about remembering that we have something to give.

Thank you for being here, and for caring.

With love,Kirsty x
